Candidate Management by Employment Agencies

Once a candidate is chosen, employment agencies offer services and training to help to convert the candidate a productive employee. This is called candidate management.

Candidate management should ideally lead to the desired employer selecting the candidate for employment while also maintaining the candidate's enthusiasm. Finally, the conclusion and follow to a selection process is crucial to effective candidate management. By remaining in contact and following up on successful candidates, an employment agencies is able to refine its approach to candidates and employers needs.
